Price list:All prices listed below are prices per day; so you can plan your stay very individually.In addition there is a deposit of $250, that will be kept in case of cancellation, otherwise it will be taken in account. Furthermore a electricity flat rate of $42 per week and 11% tourism tax of the total renting ammount are added.
Experience has proven, that an occupation of more than 4 persons exceeds the capacity of the house. After consultation of the homeowners also 5 persons are possibly accepted. For security reasons (pool) children living in the house must be at least 6 years old! |
